Lidl Ireland is seeking a Customer Assistant for a standard 30 hour contract in Ireland. You will engage with customers across shift patterns, stock shelves, handle tills, and help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

The role includes alcohol sales with 18+ age requirement, competitive hourly pay from €15.40 to €17.90 after three years, and opportunities for development within Lidl's team. A can-do attitude and reliability are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Interacting with the customer in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner
• Ensuring stock loss controls are followed in all areas of the store
• Maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Following freshness and rotation principles
• Ensuring all waste is managed correctly
• Assisting in the stock count process
