Job summary

Lidl Ireland is seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team on a standard 30 hour contract. You will interact with customers, manage tills, restock and maintain store standards to ensure a great shopping experience.

The role requires age 18+ to sell alcohol, offers career development opportunities, and a transparent salary system with progression over the years. Training and team collaboration are emphasized in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interacting with the customer in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner.
• Ensuring stock loss controls are followed in all areas of the store.
• Maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Following freshness and rotation principles.
• Ensuring all waste is managed correctly.
• Assisting in the stock count process.
