Job summary

Lidl Ireland is hiring a Customer Assistant to join our team on a standard 30-hour contract. You will work across different shift times and with different colleagues, helping customers and supporting store operations. The role requires serving customers, stock rotation, and maintaining cleanliness.

€15.40 rising to €17.90 per hour after 3 years, plus benefits. Training and development are available, with opportunities for progression within Lidl.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with the customer in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner.
• Ensuring stock loss controls are followed in all areas of the store.
• Maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Following freshness and rotation principles.
• Ensuring all waste is managed correctly.
• Assisting in the stock count process.
