B&Q Limerick is hiring a part-time Customer Advisor to support customers across our home improvement range. You will help customers, manage stock, set up displays and ensure the store presents well.
The role requires a friendly, team-oriented person who can work a rota including weekends and bank holidays, with training opportunities in paint-mixing and timber cutting. A strong emphasis on service is essential.

Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 7.00am - 10.00pm
Notional hourly rate €15.45 per hour (Sunday Premium - €18.75 per hour)

Sales will be important, of course, as will things like managing stock, setting up displays, and making sure your store looks great. You’ll have the opportunity to be trained in paint-mixing and cutting timber, but truly great customer service will be your main aim.
Happy to help, eager to learn and just a little bit obsessed with home improvement, you’ll be right at home with us. You’re friendly and outgoing, and you get a buzz from helping others. You’ll have to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working. You’re great at working in a team too, and flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
