Job summary

B&Q Ireland is hiring a Customer Advisor at our Limerick store. You will support customers with home improvement ideas, provide great service, help with stock, set up displays and contribute to a shop that looks inviting.

Full-time role of 36.75 hours per week on a 3-month fixed-term contract. Shifts cover 7.00am–10.00pm, Monday to Sunday, with Sunday premium paid. Training in paint-mixing and timber cutting is available and encouraged.

Qualifications

• Friendly and eager to learn, with a buzz from helping others.
• Willing to use new technology and learn new ways of working.
• Able to work in a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert customer advice and guidance on home improvement projects.
• Support sales efforts and help with stock, displays and store presentation.
• Be trained in paint-mixing and timber cutting to assist customers.
