Qualifications

• Seasoned security officer experience.
• Bachelor's degree/Associate's degree plus equivalent work experience.
• Professional security certifications.
• Experience in corporate/financial services security teams.
• Flexibility to work on call off hours/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Citi facilities and security staff at those facilities.
• Oversee security operations to safeguard premises and employees.
• Enforce security rules and safety standards; review incidents and corrective actions.
• Ensure staff training for emergency response and drills.
• Interact with other departments on security and safety issues.
• Conduct training and readiness exercises; maintain relationships with law enforcement.
• Maintain CSIS systems and equipment to meet audits.
