Job summary

Citi Dublin is seeking a seasoned Lead Security Officer to guide Citi Security and Investigative Services. You will lead security across Citi facilities, supervise staff, and ensure safety standards while coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.

Strong leadership, decision-making, and communications are essential. You will also develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement, manage security technologies, and drive audits and readiness across the security organization.

Qualifications

• Seasoned security officer with relevant experience.
• Experience adhering to security protocols, ops manuals and guides.
• Proven ability to foster relationships with external agencies.
• Demonstrated judgement under pressure and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Citi facilities and security staff.
• Oversee security operations to protect premises and staff.
• Enforce security rules and safety standards.
• Review incidents and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure training and readiness of security personnel.
• Coordinate with other departments on security matters.
• Conduct training, drills, and readiness exercises.
• Maintain relationships with law enforcement and first responders.
• Keep CSIS systems and equipment in a constant state of readiness.
• Act as SME to senior stakeholders and teams.
