Job summary

CSA Engineering Lead

We are hiring a CSA Engineering Lead to provide technical leadership, governance, and strategic oversight across major construction projects throughout Ireland and Europe. This senior leadership role will be responsible for driving engineering excellence, ensuring consistent delivery standards, and leading Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) teams across multiple projects from pre‑construction through to handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the regional CSA engineering strategy in line with business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight across multiple projects and engineering teams.
• Act as the regional technical authority for all CSA-related matters.
• Drive engineering governance, assurance processes, and compliance with company standards and statutory requirements.
• Lead design reviews, technical audits, risk assessments, and project engineering reviews.
• Ensure effective coordination and integration between CSA and MEP disciplines.
• Identify and implement value engineering, innovation, and optimisation opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline.
• An EU Passport is essential for this role.
• Extensive experience in a senior CSA engineering leadership role within large‑scale construction or engineering environments.
• Strong knowledge of engineering governance, design assurance, risk management, and project delivery.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams across multiple projects and locations.
• Strong understanding of procurement, quality assurance, commissioning, and construction delivery processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
