Job summary

Global Professional Consultants Ireland is seeking a CSA Lead for a Data Centre project in Helsinki, Finland. The ideal candidate will report to the Project Director and oversee project costs, budgets, and performance while leading CSA activities with a strong focus on client satisfaction and health and safety standards.

Qualifications include a degree in a relevant engineering or construction discipline and over 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with Data Centre projects. The role offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

CSA Lead – 12821

CSA Lead required to work for one of Europe’s largest Tier 1 Main Contractors on a Data Centre project in Helsinki, Finland. You will be reporting directly into the Project Director.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, track, and develop strategies for managing project costs, budgets, workforce resources, commissioning processes, and overall project performance.
• Lead the setup of CSA activities, ensuring that optimal meeting, reporting documentation, and scheduling practices are established from the beginning.
• Maintain regular communication with key project stakeholders, including the client and design teams, to support project success.
• Ensure ongoing client satisfaction by focusing on project cost, scope, and timeline objectives.
• Actively monitor the project’s health and safety standards, as well as the team’s culture and behaviour.
• Track and guarantee that project quality targets are consistently met and surpassed.

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant Engineering or Construction discipline.
• 10 years+ experience in a similar role.
• Experience leading large CSA construction teams.
• Experience working on Data Centre projects would be beneficial.
• Excellent leadership skills – Ability to delegate, prioritise workloads, run productive meetings and be a role model for others.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• IT Skills – Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
