Job summary

STRIVE Search is seeking a CSA Construction Manager to lead Civil, Structural and Architectural works on a major hyperscale data centre project in Dublin 15. You will oversee site engineers, supervisors and subcontractors, driving safety, quality and programme delivery.

Senior leadership will expect you to coordinate with design, procurement and commercial teams, develop construction methodologies and look-ahead plans, and review designs to resolve issues promptly for seamless project execution.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience as a CSA Construction Manager or Senior Site Manager on large-scale projects.
• Experience on data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial or other technically complex projects is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, planning and subcontractor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of all Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works across the project lifecycle.
• Manage site engineers, supervisors and subcontractors to hit programme milestones.
• Promote health, safety, quality and environmental compliance across site activities.
• Coordinate planning, procurement, engineering and installation of CSA work packages.
• Review design information and resolve technical issues with the design team.
• Develop construction methodologies and short-term look-ahead programmes.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and resource allocation to maintain programme.
• Collaborate with QA/QC teams to ensure inspections and documentation meet project requirements.
• Coordinate interfaces between CSA and MEP trades for smooth integration.
• Produce weekly progress reports and site performance reviews.
