Job summary

BD, a leading global medical technology company, seeks a Core Team Member to provide functional expertise on cross-functional product development teams. You will drive execution, identify risks, and ensure alignment with project objectives, quality standards, and regulatory requirements across Software, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and more.

Responsibilities include project planning, design reviews, risk management, and strong collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• Relevant experience within medical devices, healthcare technology, or a regulated industry.
• Strong project execution and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership and Execution: serve as the primary functional representative on cross-functional project teams.
• Own and deliver functional commitments in accordance with project schedules and budgets.
• Provide subject matter expertise for assigned discipline (Software, Systems, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Clinical, Cybersecurity, etc.).
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and obstacles; develop mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, regulatory, operations, marketing, and business stakeholders.
