Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, life sciences, business, or related field.
• Relevant experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or a regulated industry.
• Strong project execution and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional representative on cross-functional project teams.
• Participate in project planning, reviews, and decision-making activities.
• Own and deliver functional commitments in accordance with project schedules and budgets.
• Support achievement of project objectives, milestones, and business deliverables.
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance for assigned discipline (Software, Systems, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Clinical, Cybersecurity, etc.).
• Ensure functional requirements and constraints are considered during planning and execution.
• Review and approve deliverables within area of responsibility.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential obstacles.
• Develop and implement mitigation plans.
• Escalate critical issues and support resolution activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, regulatory, operations, marketing, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and functional organizations.
• Support alignment of technical, regulatory, and business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with quality system requirements and regulatory standards.
• Support design controls, risk management, verification, validation, and documentation activities.
