Job summary

Ryanair, Europe\'s largest airline group, is recruiting a Crew Controller to join Europe\'s leading airline in the Operations Control Centre at the Swords head office. The role is shift-based with a rotating 4 on / 4 off schedule, including night shifts, and offers development in a busy control environment.

The successful candidate will help manage crew compliance, attendance, and efficiency while working under pressure.

Qualifications

• Ability to hold Dublin Airport Airsid​e ID.
• Work and communicate effectively under pressure.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and outgoing personality.
• Proven ability to work under pressure.
• Good telephone manner.
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and/or EDCL would be an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew are within flight time legal limits.
• Accurate recording of crew absenteeism and punctuality.
• Develop and implement solutions to crewing problems.
• Assist with cost-effective solutions to operational disruptions.
• Handle other duties as requested by Operations Control management.

Job Description

Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Crew Controller to join Europe's Largest Airline!

Based in our Head Office in Airside Business Park in Swords, the successful candidate will work in our Operations Control Centre. This is an excellent opportunity to join Europe's leading airline and to gain experience in a busy working environment.

This is a shift based position on a rotating '4 on / 4 off' basis and would include night shifts

New increased pay with a starting package of €40,000 p/a plus an additional €6,000 annual performance based bonus.

Package increases to €45,000 p/a after 1 year plus €6,000 bonus.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

• Ensuring crew are within flight time legal limits
• Accurate recording of crew absenteeism & punctuality
• Developing and implementing solutions to day to day crewing problems
• Assisting with the development of efficient, cost effective solutions to operational disruptions
• Any other duties as requested by Operations Control management

Qualifications

A high degree of flexibility will be required and the successful candidate should possess:

• The ability to hold a Dublin Airport Airside ID
• The ability to work and communicate effectively under pressure
• Good problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills and strong outgoing personality
• Proven ability to work under pressure
• A good telephone manner
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and/or EDCL would be an advantage)
