Job summary

Ryanair Group Holdings in Swords (head office) seeks a Crew Controller to join Europe’s Largest Airline. Working in the Operations Control Centre, you will handle crewing tasks in a fast-paced environment with a rotating 4 on / 4 off shift and night duties.

The role offers a starting package of €40,000 p/a plus a €6,000 annual performance bonus, increasing to €45,000 p/a after 1 year plus €6,000 bonus. Responsibilities include ensuring crew stay within flight-time limits and managing disruptions.

Qualifications

• Ability to hold a Dublin Airport Airside ID.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively under pressure.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and strong outgoing personality.
• Proven ability to work under pressure; a good telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring crew are within flight time legal limits.
• Accurate recording of crew absenteeism & punctuality.
• Developing and implementing solutions to day to day crewing problems.
• Assisting with the development of efficient, cost effective solutions to operational disruptions.
