Responsibilities

• Manage the sales ledger and debtor accounts, ensuring timely collections.
• Contact customers by phone and email regarding overdue accounts.
• Record customer conversations, payment arrangements and commitments accurately.
• Liaise with internal departments to investigate and resolve account queries.
• Provide finance administration assistance and grant-related paperwork support.
• Support the sales team with administration throughout the customer journey.
