Job summary

Cpl in Dublin 2, Ireland is seeking an experienced Credit & Collections Analyst to manage customer accounts receivable, collections, reconciliations, disputes and credit-related activities.

Hybrid work arrangement in Dublin with close collaboration across Finance, Sales, Billing and other stakeholders. The role requires strong B2B collections experience and proficient SAP/ERP usage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Credit, Collections, AR, Accounting or Finance.
• Strong B2B collections and account reconciliation experience.
• SAP/ERP experience; SAP strongly preferred.
• Good Excel and Word skills.
• Strong communication, diplomacy, accuracy and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of credit risk and commercial collections.

• Support credit-risk, customer exposure, bad-debt and write-off activities.


• Work closely with Finance, Sales, Billing and other stakeholders.
