HID Global in Galway is seeking a Credit and Collections Associate to provide administrative support to the EMEA Credit & Collections team and assist with customer onboarding, account maintenance, and reporting. The role involves collaboration with collectors, ERP setup, and contribution to process improvements.

• Primary degree or relevant qualification in Administration, Business, Finance, or related discipline.
• 2/3 years’ experience in a multinational environment, preferably within Finance, Customer Service, Order Management, or related function.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems - Oracle Accounts Receivable or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Provide general administrative support to the EMEA Credit & Collections function as required.
• Assist with gathering information required for customer credit reviews.
• Assist with new customer onboarding activities including account setup in ERP system and validation of existing customer records.
• Provide administrative assistance to collectors in the management of cash collection activities and the investigation and resolution of payment discrepancies and disputed account items.
• Support customer account maintenance activities, including account status updates and service coordination.
• Prepare customer communications, reports, and business documentation as assigned
• Assist in daily running of Accounts Receivable Interface on Oracle and liaise with Collections team and IT where required.
• Participate in month-end Accounts Receivable close activities as necessary.
• Support quarterly and annual audits through documentation gathering and transaction validation.
• Assist with testing and validation of system enhancements, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
