Job summary

Ipsen seeks a Country Manager for Ireland to steer the Irish business through its next phase of growth, blending strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a dynamic healthcare market.

You will drive strategy, growth and partnerships across healthcare professionals, policy makers and industry bodies to ensure patient access to Ipsen medicines. Hybrid Dublin-based role.

The Opportunity

As Country Manager, Ireland, you will have full accountability for the Irish business, leading strategy execution, business growth and organisational performance. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Ireland, the UK and internationally to accelerate growth, strengthen partnerships and ensure patients have access to life-changing medicines.

You will lead a talented cross-functional team while representing Ipsen externally with healthcare professionals, policy makers, industry associations and key decision-makers across the Irish healthcare ecosystem.
