Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Ireland seeks a Cost and Finance Manager to act as the key interface between PMO Cost and ML Finance, overseeing cost control data and forecasts for multiple projects. You will lead cost reporting, coordinate with Commercial and Finance, and ensure timely data collation and accuracy.

You will implement cost control structures, manage cashflow forecasts, and support year-end financial statements and asset registers.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent with professional work experience in Project, Cost or Commercial Management disciplines.
• Experience in cost control and financial data collations for multiple projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, able to interface with PMO, Commercial and Finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract cost and report changes to PMO.
• Raise PO requisitions after data approvals.
• Liaise on payment certificates and inform PMO of pre-payment terms.
• Review and validate cashflow and cost-to-complete forecasts with Commercial.
• Utilise CEMAR for change data and update baselines with cost impacts.
• Pull actuals from SAGE and prepare annual financial statements and commitments.
• Support monthly funding and forecast reporting, including asset register updates.
• Compile data to support monthly cost reports for project budgets.
