Job summary

Turner & Townsend Ireland seeks a Cost Accountant to support short‑term financial planning and cost management on Ireland's infrastructure projects. You will analyze data, prepare reports, and help drive efficiency.

The ideal candidate will focus on cost control, intercompany processes, and monthly/quarterly reporting, collaborating with senior management. 4–5 years' experience and a relevant degree are required, with Dynamics365/Power BI assets preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years' experience in cost accounting or a related finance role.
• BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, QS or related field.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist monthly, quarterly and annual reporting routines for cost control.
• Prepare payment applications to clients and manage expenses.
• Coordinate intercompany agreements and purchase orders with Contractors/Sub Contractors.
• Collaborate with finance/contracts teams to improve data quality and reporting.
• Develop processes to streamline efficiency using Power BI and SharePoint.
