Resilience is seeking a CORU registered Social Care Worker for a role in Swords, Co Dublin. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred supports and provide shift leadership across the service.

The role blends direct care with mentoring colleagues, collaborating with families and MDTs, and ensuring safeguarding and continuous improvement. A Level 7 Social Care degree (or equivalent) and a valid driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• CORU registration is required.
• Degree in Social Care (Level 7) or equivalent.
• Experience in disability or social care settings preferred.
• Shift leadership experience essential.
• Valid driving licence is required.
