Job summary

Access Healthcare (Ireland) is seeking CORU registered Social Care Workers for flexible agency shifts across South Dublin. You will provide person-centred support, helping individuals maintain independence and wellbeing in a range of client settings.

Qualifications

• Active CORU registration is essential.
• Level 7 or Level 8 degree in Social Care required.
• Previous Social Care experience in Ireland required.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred social care support.
• Support service users with daily routines, activities and community participation.
• Promote independence, dignity, choice and wellbeing for service users.
• Build positive relationships with service users, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate records and follow care plans.
• Work safely and professionally within a supportive care team.
