AA Euro Healthcare is recruiting Social Care Workers for a children's residential service based in Dundrum, Co. Tipperary. You will work as part of an experienced care team, providing compassionate, child-centred support while helping young people develop independence and life skills.

Qualifications

• Current CORU registration as Social Care Worker is essential.
• Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care/Social Studies.
• Experience working with children or young people.
• Experience with individuals with complex needs or challenging behaviour.
• Experience in residential care or similar environment.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and attachment.
• Full driving licence valid in Ireland.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, child-centred care and support.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with young people.
• Support Placement Plans and Crisis Management Plans.
• Assist with education, daily living skills and personal development.
• Support young people with emotional and behavioural challenges.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals.
• Promote a safe, homely residential environment.
• Work in line with HIQA standards and policies.
