Downey Osborne is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to lead advisory assignments across Irish and international clients from a modern Dublin city centre office. The role offers significant client exposure, varied technical work, and clear progression opportunities within a collaborative environment.

You will manage a busy corporate tax compliance portfolio while delivering practical, commercially focused guidance on M&A, restructurings, and investment structuring.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years' experience in a professional tax environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of Irish Corporate Tax.
• Experience advising on M&A transactions and corporate restructurings.
• Experience with share-for-share and share-for-undertaking transactions.
• Experience in investment structuring and client management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
• Experience advising owner-managed businesses is advantageous.

• Lead corporate tax advisory assignments including M&A and restructurings.
• Manage and review a substantial corporate tax compliance portfolio.
• Act as trusted adviser and main client contact for Irish and international clients.
