Job summary

Brightwater Recruitment is recruiting a solicitor (3-5 years’ PQE) to join its Corporate Team in a role offering significant hybrid flexibility. The candidate will handle corporate transactional work, provide company law advice, and draft/shareholder agreements, SPAs, APAs and disclosure letters.

The ideal candidate will have strong M&A, contract review and industry exposure (SaaS/financial services/pharma) and a track record of excellent academics. Hybrid working model offered.

Qualifications

• Mergers & Acquisitions experience in corporate transactions.
• Drafting and negotiating corporate documentation such as SHAs, SPAs, APAs and disclosure letters.
• Strong knowledge of company law and ability to provide practical advice.
• Excellent academic record and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Exposure to industries including SaaS, financial services or pharmaceuticals.

Responsibilities

• Handle corporate transactional work within the firm’s corporate team.
• Provide company law advice and draft/negotiate key documents (SHAs, SPAs, APAs, disclosure letters).
• Review contracts and advise on risk and compliance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver client-focused results.
