Job summary

The Dublin office of a top-tier Irish law firm seeks an Associate Solicitor to join its Corporate M&A practice. The role involves advising on a full range of corporate services including public and private M&A, reorganisations, joint ventures, and corporate governance for Irish and international sponsors and lenders.

2-6 PQE is required with a strong background in corporate services, M&A and private equity.

Qualifications

• 2-6 PQE in corporate law.
• Strong background in corporate services, M&A, and private equity in a medium to large commercial firm.
• Outstanding academics.
• Technically excellent.
• Willingness to get involved in business development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate governance and private equity transactions for Irish and international clients.
• Support M&A, reorganisations, and joint ventures for a variety of sponsors and lenders.
• Assist in client relationship management and business development initiatives.
