Job summary

FK International – Financial Search and Selection is partnering with a leading advisory firm to appoint a Corporate Finance Director in Dublin. You will originate and execute a broad range of transactions, including M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates, working with senior stakeholders to drive deal processes end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Significant corporate finance / investment banking experience, ideally within the Irish market.
• Strong track record of deal execution in a recognised advisory platform.
• Commercially astute with excellent client-facing and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• ACA / CFA or equivalent qualification typically preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of M&A transactions (buy-side, sell-side) and capital markets mandates.
• Develop and manage client relationships across corporates, sponsors, and intermediaries.
• Oversee financial modelling, valuation analysis, and preparation of client materials.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.

We are partnering with a leading advisory firm to appoint a Corporate Finance Director to its growing Dublin team. This opportunity is ideally suited to an experienced advisor, who will play a key leadership role in originating and executing a broad range of transactions, including M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will drive deal processes end-to-end while contributing to the continued growth of the business.
