Vanrath is recruiting on behalf of a global payments company shaping the future of financial transactions across Ireland and the UK. They seek a qualified solicitor or barrister with 0-3 years' PQE to join their in-house legal team and help manage commercial agreements and regulatory projects.

You will draft and negotiate customer, supplier, partner, and intra-group contracts, support dispute resolution, and provide guidance on risk, data privacy, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with 0-3 years' post-qualification experience.
• Strong commercial awareness with a proactive approach.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, practical, and able to handle multiple priorities effectively.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including customer, supplier, partner, and intra-group contracts.
• Support dispute resolution, claims, debt recovery, and enforcement matters as required.
• Provide legal guidance on regulatory, operational, and strategic projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on risk, compliance, and data privacy issues.
• Assist with legal research, prepare briefings on legal and regulatory updates, and help maintain legal templates and processes.
