McCann FitzGerald LLP is seeking an Associate for the Corporate Transactions group. The successful candidate will join a high-performing team advising on a broad range of corporate transactions and arrangements, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity buy-outs, and joint ventures.
We value excellent academics and a solicitor qualification in Ireland or another common law jurisdiction, with 2–4 years post-qualification experience.

To ensure that we have the right structures in place to support the achievement of our goals we are currently recruiting for an Associate to join our Corporate Transactions group.
Our dedicated Corporate transactional lawyers are supported by class-leading specialists in, amongst other disciplines, tax, employment, environment, antitrust, intellectual property, information technology, real estate, regulatory and banking. We use this combined expertise to advise on many of the most challenging, high-profile and significant corporate transactions that take place in Ireland.
Our Corporate practice is recognised for the provision of innovative but practical advice on bespoke and complex, multi-layered transactions and structures that raise a range of legal issues, many with a cross-border element.
Our strong client relationships and extensive experience means that we tend to be the adviser of choice for larger and more complex transactions in both the public and private sectors. We advise on both national deals and on international cross-border transactions with a significant Irish dimension.
