Job summary

Down Syndrome Ireland in Cork is seeking an Interim Fundraising & Operations Support Manager to drive fundraising growth across Cork, focusing on partnerships, events and donor opportunities while supporting local branches. The role is fixed-term, 6 months, 15 hours weekly, with hybrid working and a pro-rata salary of €24,000.

Attendance at the National Office in Dublin may be required occasionally; a driving licence and CRM experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' fundraising, sales, or partnership management experience.
• Ability to build relationships and secure income.
• Strong networking and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
• CRM system knowledge.
• Full driving licence and access to a car.
• Willingness to travel.
• Passion for Down Syndrome Ireland's mission.
• Knowledge of charity sector.
