Job summary

PJ Hegarty & Sons in Cork is seeking an EHS Administrator to support the Southern Region EHS team across projects and activities. You will help administer EHS records, digital systems and reporting to maintain high standards of safety management.

Working with the Regional EHS Manager, you will assist with training administration, audits, certifications, and communications to promote a strong safety culture on site and across the business.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Health & Safety, Digital Systems, Project Administration or a related discipline.
• Experience in administrative, compliance, coordinator or support roles is advantageous.
• Excellent IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Southern Region EHS Team.
• Maintain EHS registers, records, trackers and databases.
• Assist with EHS digital platforms including Procore, Skillko, FlowForma, SharePoint.
• Prepare and distribute EHS reports, KPI information and management presentations.
• Support safety campaigns, training administration and document control.
• Assist with auditing preparation and certification activities.
• Support EHS communications and newsletters.
