Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to portion and quality standards in recipes.
• Work under the direction of the Junior Sous Chef / Sous Chef / Chef de Cuisine.
• Adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
• Shift availability: 7am to 3pm or 8am to 6pm, at least 3 days a week.
