Job summary

Reed Personnel Services seeks an experienced Solicitor specialising in conveyancing for a fixed-term maternity cover based in Dublin 15. The role involves residential and commercial conveyancing with potential probate assistance, while offering a three-day week and office-based work three days per week.

The successful candidate will manage a busy conveyancing caseload, advise on property transactions, draft and review contracts, and liaise with clients and financial institutions.1999

Qualifications

• Essential Qualified Solicitor in Ireland.
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Proven experience in residential conveyancing.

Responsibilities

• Managing a busy caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Advising clients on property sales, purchases, transfers, refinancing, and related matters.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and associated legal documentation.
• Liaising with clients, financial institutions, estate agents, and third-party solicitors.
• Ensuring compliance with legislation, regulations and Law Society requirements.
• Assisting with probate and estate administration matters where required.
• Maintaining accurate file management and case records.
• Delivering a high standard of client care and professional service.
