EirGrid Group is seeking a Controller – Settlement & Stakeholder Engagement to support the Operations Directorate in managing market communications, stakeholder queries, and scheduling. This role centers on ensuring timely, accurate information flow and coordinating cross-functional teams across all-island electric system operations.

Qualificações

• Effective communication – expressing information clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent time management and coordination skills.
• Demonstrable track record of establishing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Natural attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Office).
• Numeracy and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner via email.
• Coordinate phone queries (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm).
• Coordinate resolution of Market Participant technical issues.
