Job summary

Uniphar is seeking a Process Engineer for our Ireland warehouse operations. You will oversee planning of all warehouse orders, ensure departure times are met, and complete hourly/daily performance reports.

This role supports efficient warehouse flow and accuracy in stock management. Key tasks include coordinating replenishments for just-in-time stock, handling customer requests or order modifications, and raising issues with vendors.

Qualifications

Minimum Honors Degree in an Engineering discipline.
3-4 years prior Process engineering experience.
Experience in the Pharma/FMCG sectors an advantage.
Lean six sigma qualification an advantage.

Responsibilities

Overseeing planning of all Warehouse orders to ensure that departure times are kept.
Completing Hourly and Daily reports to document Shift performance.
Co-ordinating replenishments for the just in time model to ensure stock is available in high speed picking areas.
Co-ordinating Customer Requests, cancellation of orders or modification of orders.
Creating plans to deal with scheduled operation downtime and understanding the effects of this downtime.
Raising issues with external and external vendors.
Escalation of issues through documented escalation procedure.
Identifying areas of improvement in day-to-day Operations.
