This leadership role focuses on expanding design services to Design & Build contractors and delivery partners, shaping strategy and strengthening client relationships to win major projects.

You will work across Building Engineering teams to secure multidisciplinary projects, improve client experience, and champion inclusion while delivering on a robust pipeline and strategic

• Proven success in growing business with contractor clients.
• Strong network within the Irish contractor market.
• Experience leading business development, bidding and project delivery.
• Commercially aware with strong leadership and stakeholder skills.
• Experience of leading Building Engineering design service delivery.
• Ability to influence and lead multi-disciplinary teams.
• A passion for building engineering design.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a contractor market growth strategy for Building Engineering
• Build and manage relationships with key Design & Build contractors and partners
• Identify and shape opportunities, maintaining a strong pipeline of work
• Drive account planning, bids and major pursuits
• Increase AECOM’s visibility in the contractor-led market
