Job summary

PE Global is seeking a QC Lab Support Supervisor for a leading multinational Pharma client in Sligo. This contract role focuses on providing testing and analytical services to ensure products meet specifications on time while achieving quality and safety goals.

The role involves ensuring compliance, documentation, equipment troubleshooting, scheduling, LIMS and LES updates, and training. It requires a strong background in HPLC/GC and data integrity with leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification in a relevant Science discipline.
• Minimum 4 years analytical experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record in an analytical role with expertise in HPLC and GC.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in using analytical equipment in the QC lab.
• Ability to present data to stakeholders for prompt decisions on deviations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Laboratory Documentation and Computerized Systems compliance with Data Integrity policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain Laboratory Data Integrity and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coach and guide analysts to improve testing setup and execution performance.
• Improve overall efficiency and velocity within the team.
• Meet agreed test schedules and identify recovery paths when needed.
