Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead the delivery of integrated Facilities Management services across two higher education buildings in Dublin. You will own the day-to-day operational delivery of hard and soft FM, managing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved, while delivering excellent client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A recognised qualification in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline.
• IOSH or NEBOSH qualification and professional membership (BIFM, CIBSE or equivalent) are highly desirable.
• Ability to satisfy Garda Vetting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of integrated Facilities Management services across a PPP contract.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams including managers, technicians and frontline staff.
• Oversee hard and soft services, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, contractors and service partners.
• Manage operational budgets, financial performance and cost efficiencies.
• Ensure health & safety standards and contractor management processes are followed.
• Oversee preventative maintenance, reactive works and lifecycle projects.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation and operational excellence across the contract.
• Lead performance management and development of site teams.
• Support emergency response and business continuity planning.
