Job summary

CareerWise Recruitment is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead for our Cork-based global food sector client. The CI Lead will drive the CI strategy and programme, delivering sustainable improvements in operational performance, efficiency and profitability across the business.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will develop the CI roadmap, embed value stream mapping, and lead cross-functional initiatives across supply chain and retail operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a similar CI/operations role in food, retail, or related sectors.
• Black belt qualification with proven application of lean and CI tools.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes.
• Data-driven ability to identify and deliver opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CI strategy and programme roadmap for the company.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify improvement opportunities across supply chain and retail operations.
• Drive cost base reductions through process, systems, technology, and people development.
• Embed ongoing CI governance and value stream mapping across the business.
