n8n is hiring to build and operate the company’s shared context infrastructure—our knowledge engine powering AI agents and human teams. You’ll shape how information is structured, contributed, accessed, and maintained as we scale the context layer for future agentic use cases.

You will onboard teams, enable non-technical contributors, and partner with IT, Security, and Legal to define access requirements. This role offers remote work across Europe with equity and strong career growth

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience designing structured content or knowledge programs at scale.
• Experience with knowledge or context systems to consolidate qualitative data.
• Fluent in configuring and operating SaaS knowledge platforms, with API integrations.
• Track record of training non-technical stakeholders to maintain content.
• Collaborating with IT, Security, and Legal on access and compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication to set quality standards for knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Define taxonomy and templates to turn fragmented knowledge into reliable context.
• Onboard functions and train champions to structure and maintain knowledge.
• Configure ingestion from sources like Slack, Drive, Notion and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Partner with IT, Security, and Legal on access requirements for sensitive data.
• Ensure knowledge remains current and trusted as the platform evolves.
