Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Dublin is seeking a Germany Content Moderator to review user-generated content against platform rules. This full-time role is onsite with no night shifts and requires fluency in German (C1) and English (B2).

You will evaluate content, remove violations, document decisions, and escalate complex cases while maintaining high quality and adaptability in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Language requirements: German C1 and English B2.
• EU citizenship or Irish residency card required.
• Minimum 6 months experience in content moderation or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Review user-generated content in line with platform policies.
• Identify and remove content that violates guidelines.
• Make timely moderation decisions following established procedures.
• Escalate sensitive cases through appropriate channels.
• Document moderation decisions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operations.
• Stay updated on policy changes and best practices.
