Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring a Content Moderator based in Dublin to review and moderate user content, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines and community standards. You will identify and remove content violating policies, make quick, policy-driven decisions, and escalate high-risk cases when needed.

Requirements include fluent German (C1) and English (B2), EU citizenship or Irish residency, and 0–1 year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1) and English (B2) required.
• EU citizenship or Irish residency eligibility.
• 0–1 year experience in content moderation or related roles.
• Curious, adaptable and eager to grow within an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content in line with guidelines.
• Identify and remove content that violates policies (violence, hate speech, spam).
• Make accurate decisions quickly following defined procedures.
• Escalate sensitive or high-risk cases per internal protocols.
• Maintain high quality, productivity and consistency in work.
• Document decisions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth daily operations.
• Stay updated on policy changes and moderation best practices.
