Role Overview:

As a Content Moderator, you’ll be responsible for reviewing user-generated content to ensure it meets platform policies and community standards. You’ll identify potentially harmful or inappropriate material, take appropriate action based on guidelines, and help maintain a secure and respectful digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate user content in line with platform rules and standards

Identify and remove content that violates policies, including violence, hate speech, and spam

Make quick, accurate decisions while following established procedures

Escalate sensitive or high-risk cases using internal escalation processes

Maintain high levels of quality, productivity, and consistency

Accurately document moderation decisions and actions in internal systems

Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth daily operations

Stay up to date on policy changes and moderation best practices

Requirements:
