Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Dublin is seeking a Content Reviewer to assess user-generated content against platform rules and community standards. You will identify harmful material, apply guidelines, and document decisions in internal systems.

Requirements include fluency in German at C1 and English at B2, EU citizenship or Irish residency, and at least six months of moderation experience. This onsite role offers a collaborative office environment and growth within an international team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German at C1 and English at B2.
• Eligible to work in EU or Irish residency.
• Minimum 6 months experience in content moderation or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate user-generated content per platform policies.
• Identify and remove content that violates guidelines.
• Make timely moderation decisions based on established procedures.
• Escalate sensitive cases through internal channels.
• Document moderation decisions accurately in internal systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operations.
• Stay up to date with policy changes and best practices in content moderation.
