Job summary

BUILDIT HOME BUILDERS LIMITED in Ireland is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee operations and directly supervise and coordinate activities of workers and subcontractors on construction projects. You will establish work schedules to meet productivity targets, liaise with managers and contractors to resolve operational problems, and determine staffing needs to maintain performance.

Location: 20 Balally Drive, Dublin 16, 39 hours per week; minimum remuneration €36,605 per year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and directly supervise and coordinate the activities of other workers and/or subcontractors on construction projects.
• Establish and monitor work schedules to meet productivity requirements.
• Liaise with managers and contractors to resolve operational problems.
• Determine staffing and other needs to meet productivity requirements.
• Report to managerial staff on work-related matters.
