Job summary

Rendering Supplies Ireland LTD is seeking an experienced Internal Plasterer / Core Drilling Supervisor to manage on-site plastering and core drilling across residential, commercial, and construction projects in Ireland.

You will lead teams, read technical drawings, ensure high-quality workmanship, and coordinate with site managers to meet deadlines while maintaining safety standards. A long-term, full-time role with ongoing training is offered.

Qualifications

Job Description

Rendering Supplies Ireland LTD are seeking an experienced Internal Plasterer / Core Drilling Supervisor to join our team in Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising internal plastering and core drilling operations on a variety of residential, commercial, and construction projects. This role combines hands‑on trade skills with site supervision responsibilities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate internal plastering and core drilling activities on site.
• Lead and manage teams of plasterers, core drilling operatives, and apprentices.
• Carry out internal plastering, skimming, patching, and finishing works as required.
• Operate and oversee core drilling works in concrete, masonry, and other construction materials.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project plans.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and workmanship.
• Monitor productivity and ensure projects are completed within agreed deadlines.
• Coordinate with site managers, project managers, clients, and other contractors.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company procedures.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control standards.
• Organise labour, materials, tools, and equipment required for projects.
• Train, mentor, and support junior operatives and apprentices.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in plastering, core drilling, or related construction trades.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Proven experience in internal plastering and core drilling operations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction site health and safety requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
