Veolia is seeking a Construction Site Agent to lead a water/wastewater project on a busy site in Ireland. The role requires directing the construction team and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and programme delivery.
You will liaise with Veolia Design and Project Management Teams, the client and on-site operations, and manage site documentation, risk, and progress reporting. Some travel across Ireland to Veolia sites may be required.
Weekly Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm
Overview of the role
This is a Construction Site Agent within the Water/Waste Water Industry. The project involves heavy civils, deep excavations, temporary works in the form of sheet piling/ cofferdam/dewatering and pipework installation. It includes the construction of large insitu concrete water tanks and the building enclosure is a steel frame with blockwork and cladding.
The role involves leading the construction team and subcontractors on site and will
have the responsibility to put H&S of site personnel at the top of the agenda.
The role will interact with the following departments: Veolia Design and Project Management Teams, Client, Operations on site, Contractors and sub-contractors.

This is a site based position dependent on the successful applicant, but the incumbent may be required to travel to other Veolia sites, plants and offices throughout Ireland.
