Job summary

Ward Personnel is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Ireland to oversee multiple civil engineering and construction projects. The role partners with the General Manager to ensure safety, programme delivery and budget adherence across sites.

You will oversee subcontractors, manage risks, drive improvements and report progress to senior management. Renewable energy and large-housebuilder experience are highly valued in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing civil engineering and construction projects.
• Proven experience managing site teams, subcontractors and multiple work packages.
• Strong understanding of project planning, programming and project delivery.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Experience in renewable energy projects.
• Background working with a main contractor.
• Experience working for a large housebuilder.
• Relevant construction or engineering qualification.

Due to continued growth and an increasing project portfolio, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to work alongside our General Manager and take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple projects.

This is a senior-level role overseeing several live projects at any one time, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
