Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ireland Limited in Dublin is seeking a Construction Manager to join our Grid Integration team. You will coordinate and oversee construction activities at project sites, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role within complex industrial, infrastructure or EPC projects.
• Solid understanding of construction processes, site coordination and resource planning.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating site-based personnel or subcontractors.
• Ability to work in a structured way, managing priorities and resolving site-related issues effectively.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Plan and organize construction activities to optimize the use of resources and meet project milestones.

• Ensure that construction works are executed in accordance with health, safety and environmental requirements, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership and direction to site teams, setting clear goals and objectives to achieve operational results.
