Job summary

SEED Environmental, part of the Celnor Group, is seeking Construction Labourers for roles in County Roscommon, Republic of Ireland. You will operate on-site under supervision, participate in remediation and OFTEC works, and support teams across homeowner properties during a period of growth.

The role offers a permanent contract, Monday–Friday 8am–4pm, with overtime, pension, life insurance and provisions for travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in a construction site environment with health and safety awareness.
• Full EU driving license.
• Ability to undertake a variety of physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Can-do attitude with adaptability to varied environments.
• Positive attitude with initiative.
• Basic Garda Clearance check.
• Right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
• Willingness to work away from home when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site works under the direction of the Team Leader and Contracts Manager
• Assist with spill response operations and hand-digging excavation works to facilitate contamination removal
• Drive machinery and use power tools to carry out intrusive construction works
• Keep sites tidy, clean and safe, identifying potential hazards and working in a controlled manner
• Support the maintenance and servicing of equipment, reporting faults when identified
• Assist with collecting photographs of completed works for documentation purposes
• Carry out works in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Utilise your own initiative, skills and knowledge where appropriate
